* Processing method to perform a strict pasteurization ofliquid dairy products, tea beverage and fruit juice etc.
* Products will be automatically transferred into pasteurized packaging with apasteurizing temperature of 135140 and a heat preservation tine of 45seconds, thus to keep the original and nutrient color and flavor of dairyproducts.
* Semi-auto and full-auto control method (PLC control, touch screen display)with a production capacity of 120t per hour.
Characteristics:
High heat recovery, compact and beautiful structure and stable temperaturecontrolling ability etc.
Applications:
Suitable for low-acid and sterilized products with granules such as: milk,cream, egg liquid, chocolate, syrup, ice cream, jam, jelly, ketchup, soybeanmilk, paste foodstuffs, fat or oil, wort, beer, wine,rice wine and coffee etc.
