Applications of the Opaque Color PVC Film
Consisting of EPE sponge and black film, our opaque color PVC film is widely used in home textile, cloth, hardware, and cosmetic packaging industries. Additionally, the PVC film is used in plastic film laminating industry and production of car sticker, stationery, file folder, gift wrapping material, inflammable toys, raincoat, apron, shower curtain, table cloth, electrical tape, laminating floor protective layer, adhesive bandage, baby diapers, ice pack, and so on.

Meanwhile, the film is available with width from 30cm to 155cm and hardness from PHR18 to 60 so as to meet customers’ different demands.
3. Featuring reliable performance, high utilization rate, good processability and high ink absorption, the opaque color PVC film can be processed by either high frequency welding machine or printing machines.
4. Ancillary materials acquired from BASF and CIBA companies provide our opaque color PVC film with good fire retardancy, mould proofness, air tightness and good resistance to static, aging, UV, and so on. Test reports by SGS and TüV are available.
5. DINCH plasticizer from BASF Company, coupled with our special production equipment, allows us to offer eco-friendly opaque color PVC film up to EN71- III, ROHS, 2005/84/EC, 94/62/EC, REACH, PAHS and related international standards.
