Protection Functions of UPS Battery Charger

1. Output overvoltage protection
Overvoltage protection circuit is designed in the module. Once output overvoltage occurs, the module will lock up and stop working automatically. Meanwhile, the relative module fault indication light goes on. This process won\'t affect the normal operation of the entire system.

The overvoltage protection point is set during the production. 320V5% is set for rated output 220V machine type, and 160V5% is set for rated output 110V machine type.

2. Output current limiting protection
The maximum value of the output current of each module is limited to the rated output current 105%. Within this range, you can adjust the valve in accordance with your needs.

If the output current value exceeds the load capacity of the module, the module will play down the output voltage.

3. Output short-circuit protection
When output short circuit occurs, the module will automatically decrease the output voltage to zero, and only permit 15% current to pass through it.

The module will not be damaged under short circuit, and can go back to work automatically after debugged.

4. Module parallel protection
Parallel protection circuit is designed to ensure the normal operation of other modules and systems while one of the modules goes wrong.
