Application
The tunnel fireproof coating is generally adopted for flameproof protection of concrete floor, and underground engineering of roads, railways, tunnels, and others.

Instructions
1. The steel structure should have the rust on its surface thoroughly removed, and be precoated with anti-corrosive primer, before applying the tunnel fireproof coating. The quality of cement mortar and concrete base is required to meet the JGJ73-91 specification for construction and acceptance of building decoration projects. In case of residual film, clear out the remaining loose film, and make sure the steel structure is smooth and neat. Make the surface flat with a paint filler, if there are cracks.
2. Surface priming is important before you paint the tunnel fireproof coating. Generally, make the priming coat 1-2mm thick, and uniform.
3. As the tunnel fireproof coating is a kind of powdery mixture, it must be prepared on site for instant usage. Mix the coating until it is viscous, and use up the prepared paint as soon as possible.
4. As a general rule, the tunnel fireproof paint coated for the first time should be 6-10mm thick. The time interval from the next coating depends on environmental temperature.
