We at Fastube not only manufacture highperformance, low cost API compliant tubing, but also constantly cooperate withresearch institutes and universities to develop FT series tubing (anti-sulfidetubing) to satisfy customers’ changing requirements.

We have solved the problems previously connected with oil tubing, such asthread gluing. Our newly designed centering claw eliminates the original errorof the machine, and reduces circular runout ofclamping disk from 0.15mm to 0.02mm, thus greatly improving the axiality of thread and tubing body. In addition, our modifiedcutting cooling system adopts dual cooling method (internal and external)effectively removes thermal deformation and improves tooling lubrication, resulting in higher thread dimension precision and enhanced surfacequality. What’s more, we utilize a new thread surface strengthening treatmentline, and several tests results give a conclusion that nothread gluing occurredafter ten screwing up and off tests. However, according to U.S. APIstandards, if no thread gluing occurs after six screwingup and off tests,the tubing thread is qualified. Fastube seamless tubing blank, which ismade by our subsidiary, helps achieve better piercing and rolling quality and eliminateshidden problems such as stress cracking.

Both ends of our oil tubing are threaded, and guard ring is used to protect thethread of tubing and joint. As a result of our continuous focus on productimprovement, Fastube tubing has the advantages of even wall thickness, smooth thread surface, greattensile and sealing performance. So customers can feel secure in using it.
