This tube in tube sterilizer meets the market demand forhigh productive, reliable, sanitary, and safe sterilizer. It is designed forprocessing food products with high consistency and viscosity. In thissterilizer, a thermal cycle is led to the product through indirect heatexchangers made of four concentric pipes. Product flows inside the centralannular space and reverses in the second layer, while heating and coolingfluids circulated both inside the two internal jackets and in the external one,in counter-flow to the product. After holding in the tubes for certain time tothe complete sterile condition, the heated products is cooled down by coolingwater or chilled water to filling temperature. This sterilizing process allowsthe product to be preserved for a long period of time at room temperatures.
