Features of our Prefab House

1. The appearance of our prefab house is very beautiful. The outside color can be altered according to customer’s own choice. The doors, windows can be installed flexibly and the partitions can be combined freely.

2. Our prefab house is safe and stable. It can stand 8 magnitude earthquakes. It’s anti-rust and its service life in general will last for more than 15 years.

Materials of our Prefab House

1. The ground channel of our prefab house is made ofC section steel, of which the dimension is 80mm×40mm×15mm×2mm.

2. The column is made of welded double C section steel. The dimension of the double C section steel is 80mm×40mm×15mm×2mm and the bracing between the columns is round steel bolt φ8.

3. The panel for the wall and the roof of the prefab house is 50mm thick V950 EPS sandwich panel with 0.3mm thick steel plate. The purlin and the bracing for the roof are made of angle steel with a dimension of 40mm×4mm.

4. The rain shelter of the prefab house is made of 0.45mm thick corrugated steel sheet. The windows are PVC sliding windows and the doors are made of sandwich panel of steel.

5. The floor for the second storey of the prefab house is 16mm made of thick plywood. The beam for our prefab house is made of welded steel frame with double C section steel and angle steel.The dimension for the former is 80mm×40mm×15mm×2mm and the latter is40mm×4mm. The sub-beam for the second floor is made of double C section steel with the same dimension as above.

6. The stairs are steel and the bracing for the aisle is made of welded C section steel with a dimension of 80mm×40 mm×15mm×2mm.
