It consists of main winding device, autowire-arrangement device, interlaminar insulationfeeding device, tension-adjustable wire discharger, pneumatic system, PLC &servo control system, etc.
This machine is of high automation, complete functions, powerfuldynamic force. It can promise the axial tightness and latitudinal compactnessand so it is especially suitable for winding rectangular coils.

It adopts advanced electronic counter, which can count bothpositive and reverse turns, and also has power-off memorizing function.

Vertical Coil Winding Machine
This vertical coil winding machine ismanufactured for winding coils for high voltage and super high voltagetransformers. The chuck can raise/drop according to the height of coil so as tokeep the working height.
This machine is inverter control, with stable start-up, low noise and easyoperation.
It is equipped with electronic counter which can reduce turns when reversing.It can automatically stop at pre-set turns.
