Usage Instructions on the Diamond Sharpening Rod
1. Hold the handle and place the other end of the diamond sharpening rod on a solid surface. Apply a slightly downward pressure to avoid slippage while sharpening.
2. Place the heel of your blade at the top of the sharpening rod at preferred 20 degrees angle. Sharpen the knife from the heel to the point, and repeat the action 2-3 times. Do the same to the other side of the blade.
We recommend sharpening your knife using this diamond sharpening rod once a week or as required to keep your knife sharp all the time.
3. Clean the knife with water or wiper, and dry it after use. Clean the diamond sharpening rod using a nonabrasive brush.
