Firstly, at the top end of this fertilizer equipment, raw materials like urea,ammonium phosphate, and potassium sulfate, etc. are mixed together in a specialmixer.
Secondly, the mixed materials will enter into a drip-forming machine, and thisis also performed at the top end of our fertilizer equipment.
Thirdly, the drops gradually form into solid particles with their dropping downto the bottom of the granulating tower.
Finally, obtained fertilizer will be further cooled by coolers. Afterscreening, we will be able to obtain qualified fertilizers.

1. Our tower mixed fertilizer plant removed the drying system from traditionalfertilizer equipment. The drying system usually consumes large quantity ofenergy. Hence, our tower mixed fertilizer plant is energy saving.
2. This fertilizer equipment makes best use of the heat which is producedduring urea melting. Produced material has low water content. Hence, there isno need to drying any more.
3. Urine can be used directly, so our tower mixed fertilizer plant providesmore convenience for some fertilizer manufacturers.
4. This fertilizer production equipment features high granulating rate. Thereis almost no return product in production process.
5. Produced fertilizer particles are round and smooth. Their water content islower than 1% and compressive strength is higher than 30N. Additionally, theseparticles are not easy to agglomerate.
