Applications of Color PVC Film
Our color PVC film is composed of EPE sponge and black film. With multiple colors for customers to choose from, our color PVC film is commonly used in hardware, cloth, home textile and cosmetic packaging industries. Also, the PVC film is ideal material for use in plastic film laminating industry and production of car sticker, stationery, file folder, gift wrapping material, inflammable toys, raincoat, apron, shower curtain, table cloth, electrical adhesive tape, laminate flooring protective layer, adhesive bandage, baby diapers, ice pack, and so on.

1. This PVC film is available in thousands types of bright colors and the color is uniformly distributed. To ensure high color quality, we acquire the pigment from a Taiwan manufacturer which is a leader in its industry.
2. The film thickness is uniform and accurate. The thickness tolerance is 0.01mm, and the available PVC film thickness ranges from 0.06mm to 0.60mm. Meanwhile, in order to suit customers’ varied demands, we design our color PVC film with width between 30cm and 220cm and hardness from PHR18 to 60.
3. With uniform thickness, fine surface quality, reliable performance, good processability and ink absorption, the color PVC film can be processed by high frequency welders and printing machines.
4. Ancillary materials acquired from BASF and CIBA companies provide our color PVC film with good fire retardancy, mould proofness, air tightness and good resistance to static, aging, UV, and so on. Test reports by SGS and TüV are available.
5. DINCH plasticizer from BASF Company, coupled with our special production equipment, allows us to offer eco-friendly color PVC film up to EN71- III, ROHS, 2005/84/EC, 94/62/EC, REACH, PAHS and related international standards.
