Meanwhile, this heavy equipment is designed with two speed ranges to suitdifferent demands. The control lever of the road roller is electricallycontrolled and is designed based on human engineering principle to reduce workload of the operators.

Inflatable tires are used for material compaction which causes no damage to thecompacted material particles. The elasticity and resilience of the tires allowmaterials to move in one direction and finally compress materials into a tight,even and seamless surface.

Design Advantages
The hydraulic transmission system of the tire road roller offers stepless speed change function. The start and speed changeof the torque converter is smooth and stable, which reduces the shearing force ofthe tire road roller to road surface. So, the roadway compaction quality isguaranteed.
The torque converter is hydraulically operated and can make sure the dieselengine and transmission system work at rated conditions. So the lifetime of thetire road roller is extended.

The water sprinkler system of the road construction equipment comes withcomplete functions such as electric water spraying, mechanical water spraying,external water pumping, and internal water recycling function, etc.
