Brief Introduction on the Ceramic Knife Sharpener T1102D
1. This ceramic knife sharpener allows for double-sided use. The 600 grit grinding side is ideal for coarse grinding and the 1000 grit side is ideal for fine grinding.
2. The diamond grinding material allows the sharpener to sharp ceramic knives.
3. With a knife holder, the ceramic knife sharpener allows user to simply control sharpening angle and the force.
Usage Instructions on the Ceramic Knife Sharpener T1102D
1. Place the knife holder on a platform and put the ceramic knife on the knife holder at the right position. Use one hand to hold the knife handle and the other to hold the ceramic knife sharpener.
2. Choose to do the following steps according to your demand:
Step One: Coarse Grinding
This step is used for honing a blunt knife.
Before grinding the knife, make sure the knife blade is at a right position on the knife holder and pay close attention to the sharpening angle and pressure.
We recommend using this ceramic knife sharpener for coarse grinding every six-month or as required.
Step Two: Fine Grinding
This step is for knife maintenance. Use the knife sharpener for fine grinding when you feel the process of using the knife is not perfect. This step is necessary for the elimination of burrs on the edge and for ensuring a smooth and bright blade.
3. After grinding, clean the knife with a damp cloth or water and then dry it. Clean the diamond surfaces with a soft brush and keep the diamond surface clean.

Caution
1. Sharpen the ceramic knives with a slight pressure to avoid damage to the blade.
2. Do not put the ceramic knife sharpener into the dishwasher or water.
3. Never put the knife sharpener and/or knives in reach of children.
