Three Roll Plate Bending Machine
The lower roll of our three roll plate bending machine canbe horizontally adjusted. Therefore, it can be used for pre-bendingapplications. The upper roller moves vertically between the two lower rollers,which move horizontally. Driven by a motor, speed reducer, and transfer case,the two lower rollers revolve to produce the required torque to the bendingplate. Customized three roll plated bending machines can be produced with thelength between 1000-4000mm.
Note: Hydraulic pressure unload method is used for plates larger than 20 2500.
