The winding slitting machine is designed for slitting and rewinding materials such as BOPP film, PET film, CPP film, PVC film, aluminum foil, and paper, etc.

Functions and Advantages of the Winding Slitting Machine
1. The winding slitting machine is PLC controlled and comes with touch screen human-machine interface for easy equipment operation.
2. The PLC control system allows for automatic calculation of roll material’s outer diameter. This, coupled with vector controlled variable frequency motor, enables the winding slitting machine to achieve constant unwinding tension force.
3. The traction unit is driven by a vector controlled variable frequency motor as well. This ensures smooth material delivering and constant linear speed.
4. The rewinding unit consists of a vector controlled variable frequency motor and floating rollers. The outer diameter of rewinded roll material is automatically calculated by the PLC controlled winding slitting machine. The floating rollers ensure no-tension material rewinding, thus preventing material deformation caused by stretching.
5. The winding slitting equipment has meter counting, roll material outer diameter calculation, min. unwinding diameter protection, max. rewinding diameter protection and material shortage protection functions.
6. Our winding slitting machine has a position correction device with a movable distance of 120mm.
7. The machine can be additionally equipped with other slitting devices.
