Features of the Paper Slitting Machine
1. This is a vertical paper slitting machine with its material unwinding unit and rewinding unit at one side. The upper and lower control panels are also designed on the same side, which makes the paper slitter operation convenient and simple. 
2. The main motor speed is controlled by a frequency inverter.
3. The paper slitting machine is designed with an automatic tension control system for its unwinding unit. This ensures smooth material unwinding. 
4. The compression rollers are controlled by dual air cylinders, and the pressure between them can be adjusted freely.
5. The unwinding unit of the paper slitting machine is designed with a synchronous motor for position correction, which finally ensures precision slitting. It also comes with a high precision ball screw, bearing steel sliding rail and linear bearing to achieve transverse movement, and the movable distance is 120mm.
6. The paper slitting machine can slit materials using two different types of cutters. One is circular slitting knife which is pneumatically clamped while slitting, and the other is similar to razor blades.
7. The paper slitting equipment is designed with a blower fan to remove the waste edges.
8. The rewinding unit of the paper slitter has dual horizontally rotatable airshafts. The connection and disconnection of its connection joints are pneumatic controlled. This allows the machine to be operated by only one operator.
9. Our paper slitting machines are also designed with automatic meter and speed counting functions.
10. Anti-slip tapes are available on rollers to prevent slippage of roll materials, thus protect materials in good conditions.
