The BOPP film printing machine can be used for printing on not only BOPP film, but also CPP film, PET film, PC film, PVC film and composite film with similar properties. It is also suitable for paper printing. This rotogravure printing machine offers printing speed between 120m/min and 150m/min, and its mechanical speed is up to 160m/min.
Design Advantages of the BOPP Film Printing Machine
1. Main transmission mechanism
This BOPP film printing machine is equipped with a frequency inverter from Shenzhen Inovance Company to control the electric motor, and finally achieves the goal of driving each group of printing cylinder. The transmission mechanism makes the printing equipment highly energy efficient.
2. Shaftless printing cylinder mounting mechanism
Our film printing machine makes use of an air cylinder for printing cylinder mounting, and the transverse movement of the printing cylinder is achieved via a screw rod. This ensures fast printing cylinder mounting and high concentricity between the printing cylinders, thus ensuring high printing quality for final products.
3. Doctor blade
The doctor blade of the printing machine is movable up and down and its contact angle is adjustable as well. The pressure force on the doctor blade is controlled by dual air cylinders, and an electric motor is utilized to drive the cam to rotate to achieve the transverse movement of the blade. This doctor blade design effectively extends the lifespan of the printing cylinder.
4. Impression cylinder lifting mechanism
The impression cylinder of the BOPP film printing machine adopts dual air cylinders for pressure control and an electromagnetic valve for self-locking and positioning. This design provides protection against air cylinder leakage and failing of the air cylinder due to printer shutdown. This also ensures uniform printing pressure and consistent printing color.
5. Color registration system
The BOPP film printing machine can achieve length wise color registration before printing. During printing process, a computer controlled synchronized motor drives the ball screw to achieve up and down adjustment of the color registration system, thus achieving automatic color registration. The use of this system ensures high precision color registration.
6. Roll material rewinding and unwinding system
Our BOPP film printing machine is manufactured with dual-station rewinding and unwinding unit to achieve automatic roll material replacement and automatic material rewinding. In order to achieve constant unwinding and rewinding tension force and traction force, the film printing equipment utilizes a vector controlled frequency inverter for linear speed adjustment. As compared with common printing machines with three vector controlled motors, our seven-motor BOPP film printing machine can save 15m film material and 25% printing ink, solvent and energy at material rewinding speed of 150m/min.
7. Energy efficient drying and cooling system
The drying system of our BOPP film gravure printing machine includes a fully enclosed oven, an external secondary heat source return air system, and an intelligent temperature controller. The printer cooling system has water cooled returning rollers to reduce the temperature on BOPP film material.
8. The impression cylinder of the printing equipment is controlled by a human-machine interface. The oven is also controlled by the interface and dual air cylinders as well. The human-machine interface comes with a large screen and static images can be displayed on the LCD display.
