The Thermo Blister Machine is a high-tech quality product designed and produced on the basis of comparison with the same type of machines by our technicians. The thermo blister machine is especially suitable when packaging requires avoiding moisture and light, sealing in tropical and/or moist areas. Features

3. Equipped with automatic checking, lack of plate marking and waste plate eliminating devices, the thermo blister machine makes sure the percentage of finished products reaches up to 100%. (Optional)
4. The body of the thermo blister machines uses linkage segment structure, which includes PVC forming, feeding and heat-sealing, heating aluminum cool forming, and heat-sealing and punching, making it convenient to enter into the workshop.
5. The thermo blister machine is equipped with an advanced and accurate controlled system for light, electricity and gas. This ensure that the feeding and forming of PVC and tropical aluminum, filling, sealing, printing batch number, punching, automatic reject, collecting waste, etc. will be automatically finished at the same time.

Functions
The automatic function of the thermo blister machine will be further improved if it can be equipped with an image detecting controlling device.
1. The thermo blister machine can check out the pills when the rate of defect is above 15%, half-filled capsules and empty capsules; and it will reject waste plate automatically.
2. The thermo blister machine can calculate the number of the checked and rejected products.
3. The main screen of the thermo blister machine\'s monitor will trace and display the position and situation of the waste plate until they were rejected.
4. The system has the function of point reject and continuous reject.
5. The thermo blister machine uses a system which will sound an alarm if trouble occurs.
