Speed Advantages

Teenking TRUMP series water jet cutting machine is equipped with 50 horsepower large-flow high pressure pump. The maximal diameter of jewel nozzles is 0.36 mm (0.014) and the cutting pressure can reach 380MPa. The machine can perform cutting with the maximal abrasive flow of 30kg/h, at this time, the total cutting power of the pump can reach 43 horsepower (32KW). If the water jet cutting machine uses ACCU high efficiency cutting heads imported with original packaging from America, it can achieve a higher cutting speed than American FLOW and other brand machines.

The use of Teenking independent double head cutting platform and TRUMP DUAL INTENSIFIER pump allows the waterjet cutting machine to double its cutting efficiency. In addition, the operation is very simple as only one key can realize the selection of cutting by any head or simultaneous cutting by two heads. The primary advantage of using double head cutting platform is: when using one head, the other head will automatically go to the safe point (the highest point in the side of X axis), which will not affect the cutting range of the machine; when two heads are used for cutting, only inputting values and pressing a button can set the distance between two heads.

For low cutting cost, the following aspects need to be taken into consideration:
1. Garnet abrasive: the cutting cost primarily depends on abrasive and electricity, next wearing parts and purchase cost, and water only accounts for a small fraction of it. Hence, obtaining the maximal output by using least abrasive is the key to lowering cutting cost. 2. Wearing parts: Low-cost wearing parts and low-cost machine maintenance are equally important. However, low-cost wearing parts do not mean low price. Parts service life and machine cutting speed and cutting quality should be taken into account.
