1. This floor model twin twist soft ice cream machine is comprised of a gravity feed, independent refrigeration systems, a touch button control panel, stainless steel panels, two 1.7 liters (1.8 quarts) freezing cylinders, and two 15 liters (15.9 quarts) mix hoppers.
2. Its output is 50 L/H and 390 Cones/Hour (100g/cone).
3. This twin twist soft ice cream machine offers all popular soft serve variations from low or non-fat ice cream to custards, yogurt and sorbet.
4. Separate hopper refrigeration (S.H.R.) maintains mix temperature below 5C (41F) under Mix Refrigeration mode.
5. When mix level is low, the Mix Low light on the twin twist soft ice cream machine turns "ON" to alert operator to add mix.
6. This twin twist soft ice cream machine displays hardness status of the refrigerated product to ensure product quality.
7. During long no-use periods, the standby feature maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
8. The microprocessor controls automatically regulate refrigeration by monitoring product temperature and viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
9. One dedicated electrical connection is required forthe twin twist soft ice cream machine. Unit shall be cord connected for single phase units and permanent connected for 3 phase units.
10. This twin twist soft ice cream machine has two 1.0 HP beater motor.
11. The main refrigeration system has two compressor of 3650 BTU/hr. R404a. The separate hopper refrigeration (S.H.R.) employs one compressor of 420 BTU/hr. (BTU may vary depending on compressor used.)
12. The minimum required air cooled clearance is 152mm (6") on both sides. Unit rear must be placed against a wall to prevent recirculation of hot air. Minimum air clearances must be met to assure adequate air flow for optimum performance of this twin twist soft ice cream machine.
