Product Description
The
lithium bromide vacuum super-conductive radiator is an ideal replacement for
traditional radiators. It can operate using a variety of heat sources such as:
electricity, marsh gas, natural gas, boiler, stove, solar water heater, and
more. In addition, the lithium bromide radiator eliminates three major problems
connected with traditional water boiler heating systems: air blocking, pipeline
erosion, and low efficiency of heat transference.
The hot water just runs through the pipe at the bottom of a radiator and the
heat in the hot water changes the lithium bromide liquid into lithium bromide
steam, and the steam instantly goes upward to the top of each vacuum column so
as to transfer the heat from the bottom to the top. Thus the whole radiator is
heated quickly.
Usually the temperature of the water in the central heating system is 50℃ to 80℃.The hot water has
to run a long way through each column on each radiator in the system. It takes
time for the whole system to warm up and a large quantity of water is required.
In contrast, the lithium bromide vacuum super-conductive radiator operates
differently. The lithium bromide liquid is vaporized at the temperature of 35℃,
and the lithium bromide steam only moves in each independent vacuum column.
This means each column of the radiator is a heat pipe that transfers heat. With
this radiator, the whole system warms up almost instantly and the water
required in the system is greatly reduced. Additionally, just as the system
warms up quickly, it also cools quickly.
