The SJSZ series twin screw plastic extruder is specialized equipment for the extrusion molding of a variety of PVC powder products. Features
1. The cylinder of the twin screw plastic extruder uses a cast aluminum heating coil and wind cooling system. Thus, the extruding machine has quick and uniform heat transmission.
2. Different screws for different formulas are used to create good plasticization effects.
3. The reduction gearbox and distribution box have Wafangdian bearings, imported oil seals, and the gearwheels are made of quality alloy steel which undergo a nitrogen treatment.

4. The specially designed reduction box and distribution box provides reinforced thrust bearings, high driving torque, and long lifetime.
5. The twin screw plastic extruder utilizes an overseas name brand temperature control system and electric system, which provides current protection, automatic failure diagnosis, and alarm.
