1. Rehydration activation:
--Dissolve our dry yeast (1 kg) into sugar liquid (20L, 38, sugarconcentration: 5%);
--then cool the liquid to 28-30;
2. Inoculated fermentation:
One liter of mesh is suitable for inoculated fermenting of 0.25-0.3g dry yeasts;
The initial cell concentration of mesh: 5 millions/ml;
3. Expanding culture in cultivating pot;
