Among our metal forging, hot forging, steel forging and other forging products, Steering & Suspension belong to our die forging products Our company introduces two hot die forging presses from Taiwan to produce Steering & Suspension, which are made from carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, magnesium and titanium. Because of their different types, weights of Steering & Suspension are also different, from 0.05kg to 20kg. Among our metal forging, hot forging, steel forging and other forging products, Steering & Suspension are widely used in China and foreign countries.

1) Applied software for specification drawings: PRO/E; Auto CAD; Solid work 2001; CAXA; UG; CAD/CAM/CAE
2) Production machine: Two hot die forging presses (600T, made in Taiwan, FP-600) ,middle Frequency electric heater, heat treatment, precision machining, and test facility
3) Surface finish: Oiled (rust-proof), zinc, nickel, chrome plating, hot galvanized
4) Detailed product range: Container forgings (cams, keepers, handle, hinge blade), machinery parts (link rod, shifting fork, crank, rocker), auto parts, motorcycle parts, electric equipment parts, hardware tools, scaffold couplers.
