TheQXY series steel pretreatment equipment is designed and manufactured byadopting the advantages of similar products from both home and abroad. Its rustcleaning part (shot blast cleaning) uses a highly efficient impeller head andfull shutter type shot sand separator. The sweeping machine uses a speciallymade high-strength nylon rolling brush and high-pressure ventilator. The preheatingand drying part employ various kinds of heating modes. The paint spraying partuses the high-pressure airless spraying mode. The steel pretreatmentequipment is controlled by PLC and is a kind of large-sized and internationaladvanced complete equipment. The steel pretreatment equipment is used forsurface treatment (namely preheating, rust removal, paint spraying and drying)of various steel plates and steel sections. It can be applied for the surfacecleaning and reinforcing of metal structural parts.
