Steel Pretreatment Equipment
The steel pretreatment equipment is designed and manufactured by adopting the advantages of similar products from both home and abroad. Its rust cleaning part (shot blast cleaning) uses a highly efficient impeller head and full shutter type shot sand separator. The sweeping machine uses a specially made high-strength nylon rolling brush and high-pressure ventilator. The preheating and drying part employ various kinds of heating modes. The paint spraying part uses the high-pressure airless spraying mode. The steel pretreatment equipment is controlled by PLC and is a kind of large-sized and international advanced complete equipment. The steel pretreatment equipment is used for surface treatment (namely preheating, rust removal, paint spraying and drying) of various steel plates and steel sections. It can be applied for the surface cleaning and reinforcing of metal structural parts.
