Our spray granulation dryer is a kind of new type, highly efficient andenergy-saving granulating drying equipment which incorporates granulating,drying, internal sieving, internal crushing, internal recycling and some otherprocesses into one.

OperatingPrinciple
Spray granulating section and drying section are designed with elevating typecombined shoveling plate whose top end is toothed. The shoveling platecontinuously scoops up the materials, making the materials form an evencurtain.

Slurry is sprayed into the drum under the action of pneumatic nozzle, glued tothe fine particles in the curtain evenly, and thengradually dried and granulated. Through internal sieving and outside sieving,finished products enter into metering packaging system.

The unqualified large particles are crushed again and then sent back to the topend of drum by external recycling system for further granulating and drying. Whilethe fine powders go back to the top end of the drum directly through internalrecycling device for further granulating and drying.
