Split CIP(Cleaning In Place) System
Process:
* Our split type CIP (cleaning in place )systemapplies an automatic heating method, thus to set the cleaning temperaturethrough the temperature controller, which means this will limit amount of steamby controlling the open of steam adjusting valves and finally keep the cleaningliquid at appropriate temperature that needed.
* All liquid levels of CIP tanks are indicated through automatic alarmingsystem to make operation safe and reliable. When concentration is lower thanstandard it will add concentrated acid and alkali through the air membranepump, and while cleaning, the transportation of cleaning liquids is performedby manual operating of corresponded pipe valves, and when the tank lacks water,operators should also add more water.
Characteristics ofsplit CIP (Cleaning In Place) system:
1. The automatic cleaning liquid heating system we applied can easilycontrol the cleaning temperature within a scope of technical requirements;
2. The way to add thick acid and alkali with a diaphragm pump strengthened theoperational security;
3. Combination of auto-control on temperature and automatic alarming on liquidlevels greatly lowers the production cost.
