Construction Advantages of Aluminum Foil Laminating Machine
1. The main motor of the aluminum foil laminating machine is vector controlled and has an AC frequency inverter for speed control. Swing arms are utilized for control the tightness and looseness of glue coating rollers and heating drums, thus ensuring smooth lamination material surface.
2. Material rewinding and unwinding unit
Our aluminum foil laminating machine is designed with dual-station, easily reversible material rewinding and unwinding units. The automatic material rewinding unit comes with dual photoelectric position correction devices and is driven by a torque motor. Meanwhile, the aluminum foil laminator has an automatic tension controller to make sure the smooth material rewinding and unwinding.
3. Glue coating unit
The anilox roller uses a doctor blade to scrape excess glue from the surface leaving just the measured amount of glue in the cells. The glue thickness can be freely adjusted through the dual-air cylinder controlled doctor blade.
The pressure force between glue coating rollers is controlled by dual air cylinders and is adjustable as well. When the aluminum foil laminating machine stops working, the laminating material will be automatically lifted up.
4. Drying oven
The drying oven of the aluminum foil laminating machine consists of three independent, constant temperature, hot air drying systems, a hot air recycling system and an adjustable air suction and exhausting device. The material-protection rollers and heating drum run synchronously to make sure laminating materials are well protected while drying. The special design of drying unit makes the aluminum foil laminator energy efficient.
5. Heating drum and compression rollers
The heating drum of our aluminum foil laminating machine heats materials via conduction oil. This ensures uniform heating and low energy consumption. The compression rollers are controlled by dual air cylinders, and the pressure force between them is adjustable.
