Plasma Cutter Table

This is a precision table type CNC plasma cutting machine designed based on our CNCTG range of CNC tabletop plasma cutters. It has higher speed and higher precision. It is mainly composed of a control system, cutting torch system, machine body, end bracket, and cross beam, etc.

Plasma Cutter Design
1. Both vertical and horizontal cutting system movement are guided by precision ball type linear guide rail, which ensures high operation precision.
2. This plasma cutter has an integral type machine frame and welded box type cross beam on which a horizontal driving device and a linear guide rail for cutting torch horizontal movement guiding are mounted.
3. Dual-side drive. This plasma cutter is designed with a pair of vertical driving unit. Driven by the servo motor on the end bracket, the precision gear rack mounted on the machine frame drives the precision gears, thus allowing the end bracket to move vertically. Meanwhile, the operation is stable and cutting precision is high.
4. The main cutting torch moves linearly in horizontal direction through driving by the precision gear rack on the cross beam, and the plasma cutter can cut out various geometric figures according to customers’ demands through the numerical control system.

Applications
This table type plasma cutter is ideal for high speed cutting of medium thickness plates or thin sheets made using nonferrous, stainless steel, aluminum and carbon steel materials. etc. The cutting thickness ranges of 1mm to 16mm. It is widely used in mechanical manufacturing and metal processing industries.

Configuration Advantages
This plasma cutting machine can be optionally equipped with an air draft type smoke and dust removal system that is independently developed by our company. The system, coupled with our special working table and optional slag storage device, can greatly reduce the dust, arc light, harmful gas and noise, etc, generated during cutting process. Hence, this plasma cutter is environmental friendly, and offers operators good working environment.

This table type plasma cutter requires no additional working table and vertical pipeline towline bracket, etc., which help customers save the cost and also reduces installation time.
