Applications:
Our slurry pumps are characterized by high performance, low operation cost.They can be used in mining, electrical power supply, metallurgy, coal, andenvironmental protection fields and industries, to clean and transfer slurry whichmay contain abrasive solid particles.
For example, our slurry pumps are good choices, for slurry transportation inmetallurgy factories and concentrating mills, for hydraulic ash removal inthermal power plants, for coal slurry transmit in coal washeries,and more. Additionally, they are especially suitable for river dredging. Inchemical industry, our pumps can also be used for conveying corrosive slurriescontaining crystals.
Currently, 80% of them are used in concentrating mills. Those slurry pumps mayhave different lifetimes as a result of materials\' different abrasiveness.

Usesuggestions:
1. While operating, slurry pumps need to be placed onland, with suction pipes under water. Never place the electrical motor of aslurry pump under water. Or else, the pump would be destroyed.
2. If there is a stand-by pump, it is better to use them in turn.
3. It is better to mount a filter in suction inlet, thus preventing too manyimpurities to be sucked into the slurry pump. This will help prevent pumps tobe stuck.
4. It is necessary to know the power and control system before operating ourpumps.
5. Continuous seal water supply is necessary. Or else, the mechanical seals ina slurry pump will be destroyed.
6. Maximum mixed-liquid volume density: 30%, mass density: 60%
