Slant Bed CNC Lathe
HTC63/80n series CNC lathes are derived from the original horizontal lathes from the Shenyang No.1 Machine Tool Works. The design of the machines benefits from the manufacturing expertise of that factory for horizontal CNC lathes and the incorporation of advanced modular design philosophy
These machine tools are designed using such technologies as finite element analysis, vibration analysis, and thermal analysis, in order to intelligently configure the structure of the bed, spindle, saddle, and tail-stock, which greatly improves the rigidity of the structure, ensuring greater stability under heavy cutting loads. Also, the functions of the C and Y axes are fully taken into consideration during the structural design process, and are therefore fully integrated into the structure of our slant bed CNC lathes, which means that the 3rd and 4th axes are fully incorporated functions of the machine, and not merely add-on concepts.
Features
