Slant Bed CNC Lathe
HTCn series CNC lathes have been upgraded based on the original horizontal CNC lathes built by Shenyang No 1 Machine Tool Works. The machine design has benefited from our extensive manufacturing experience in horizontal CNC lathes, and advanced modular design philosophy. The design of these machine tools benefits from such processes as finite element analysis, vibration analysis, and thermal analysis to intelligently configure the structure of the spindle, bed, saddle, and tail-stock, etc. This greatly increases the rigidity of our lathes, improving their stability during heavy cutting. Also, the functions of the C and Y axes are fully taken into consideration during the structural design process, and are therefore fully integrated into the structure of the machine, which means that the 3rd and 4th axes are fully incorporated functions of our slant bed CNC lathes, and not merely add-on concepts.
