Slant Bed CNC Lathe
HTC32 series are used f or the machining of cylindrical, arc, and conic surfaces, grooves and threads in either metric or inch execution, on rotary parts. They can batch process with high efficiency and accuracy, and are therefore suitable for such industries as automotive, motorcycle, electronic, aerospace, military, etc.
Features
1. The incorporation of an integral slant bed design ensures that the machines maintain accuracy while taking heavy cuts.
2. Rectangular sliding guideways with wide-span strongly prevent twisting, bending and lifting.
3. Linear guideways permit high speed movement, minimizing friction resistance and thermal deformation.
4. X and Z axis servomotors are connected to precision ball screws with flexible couplings, maintaining high cutting accuracy.
5. The horizontal turret incorporates a large disccoupling to fix its position, thus ensuring precise positioning and little deformation due to cutting pressures.
6. The machine has complete protection for the guideways, and its cooling tank and chip conveyor separate from its main machine in order to prevent the machine from losing accuracy from cutting heat.
