Moredetailed pump construction:
1. Our single stage single suction centrifugal pumps are uniquely designed.They allow disassembling of the pump casting and rotary components withoutremoving the pipe works.
2. Two ball bearings are installed on the mounting frame. They are lubricatedby grease or engine oil.
3. The motor is flexibly coupled with the pump.
4. Whole casting technology is adopted for manufacturing the suction anddischarge flanges, the casing, and pump foot.
5. The volute casing, impeller and casing cover are all made of cast iron. Thesealing box is sealed by means of soft-packed or mechanical seal.
6. Support foot, an auxiliary frame to the mounting frame, is made of carbonsteel.
