Since the crushing of limestone, gypsum, raw coal, etc. has been further simplified, our company has successfully designed and manufactured DPX series single stage fine crusher on the basis of the single stage hammer crusher. This type of crusher features high feeding granularity, low discharging granularity, hammerhead long service life, great production capacity, low electricity consumption, convenient maintenance, low operating costs, etc. Compared with the single stage hammer crusher, the single stage fine crusher has lower product granularity (80% <5mm). Compared with traditional equipment of the same scale, the single stage fine crusher requires 35~50% less equipment investment and about 30% less long-term operating and management cost.
