Installation of LED Screen

Part 1. Simple Structure Installation Guide

1. Wall-mounted Type (Embedded Type)

The wall-mounted installation of the LED screen requires a solid wall or a strong concrete keel inside the wall to assure the screen will remain stable and reliable for a long time. Please make sure the whole structure is well plotted and installed to assure the outstanding performance of the whole LED screen.

Steps

1. Plot on the installation wall.

2. Fix the rooting screws and its corresponding joint parts.

3. Mount the frame, as well as the power-supply, to the wall through joint parts installed in Step 2.

4. Assemble tiles (modules) carefully into the frame by magnets.

Caution: Make sure all front face of modules are in the same flat surface by adjusting the magnets.

2. Wall-supporting Type

The wall-supporting installation of the LED screen requires a solid wall or a strong concrete keel inside the wall to assure the screen will remain stable and reliable for a long time. Please make sure the whole structure is well plotted and installed to assure the outstanding performance of the whole LED screen. This is the same as the wall-mounted installation in Step 1.

Because of the gap between the frame and the wall, the bottom of the frame will lean to the wall. This necessitates the use of a bearing anchor at the bottom of the frame.

Steps

Same as the Wall-mounted steps above.

3. Hanging Type

The hanging installation requires the hanging bar and the whole structure to be solid and strong enough to hang the LED screen for a long time. The back of the screen usually need to be covered.

Steps

1. Plot on the installation bar.

2. Fix the rooting screws and its corresponding joint parts.

3. Mount the frame as well as the power-supply to the wall through joint parts installed in Step 2.

Caution: Carefully examine and make sure the frame is not twisted.

4. Assemble tiles (module) carefully into the frame by magnets.

4. Sitting Type

The sitting installation requires the supporting structure to be solid and strong enough to support the screen for a long time. Please make sure the top face of the supporting structure is flat and even. This type of installation has two different sub-types: a. mobile sitting type where the screen is installed on a movable structure and b. fixed sitting type where the screen is installed on a fixed structure.

Steps
Same as the Wall-mounted steps above.

5. Ground Type (Embedded Type)

Ground installation requires an even and stable platform to assure the safety and performance of the LED screen. This type usually uses the rental LED display screen. The screen is usually installed on a concrete floor or a stage.

Steps

1. Plot on the installation place.

2. Fix the bearing anchor.

3. Fix the steel frames by the bearing anchors.

4. Assemble the modules (tiles) into the steel frames.

Part 2. Cabinet Structure Installation Guide

There are four types of installation as shown below:

1. Ground-support type

2. One-pole support type

3. Roof support type

4. Wall-mounted (embedded) type

All cabinet structure installations have similar structures and similar installation requirements as shown below:

1. Allow at least 600SQM maintenance space for every 4~5 layers of cabinets for installation and maintenance

2. Ladders are required between each neighboring maintenance space.

3. Lights should be installed at every maintenance space.

4. Ascertain the 40mm*40mm steel plate to be installed in the identical surface

5. Assemble the cabinets with dowel pins, screws and joint parts carefully and precisely, making sure the cabinets are tight and even.
