The special connection terminal is suitable for car cables up to 0.13 - 25.0 mm², and is applicable to 1-6 way sheath. The product is mainly made from QSn6.5-0.1Y, H62Y2, 65Mn, 08F, SUS304, H65, CuBe01, T3Y2, and other materials. Utilizing high-speed punching production, the material thickness ranges from 0.20 mm to 1.60 mm. In order to improve the anticorrosive performance, various surface treatments are adopted. For example, the special connection terminal can undergo bright tin plating, nickel plating, green or white zinc plating, and so on.
