Mining Vacuum Filter
Mining vacuum filter is a type of equipment that utilizes porous medium to separate the solid particles from the liquid. It can be widely applicable in chemical industry, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, ore dressing, coal, water treatment and other areas.
The filtering surface of disk type vacuum filter is a disk that consists of several fanning strips. Each fanning strip is an individual filtering unit, which can be covered by the cloth bag to form a filter chamber. During operation, the filter disk rotates in a clockwise direction. With the help of vacuum, solid particles in the slurry can be attached to the filter disk and then form a filter cake. The agitator is required to swing back and forth in prevention of precipitation. After the filter cake leaves the liquid surface, dehydration continues under the influence of vacuum. The filtrate drips through the filter cloth and enters the filtrate tube. Then, the filtrate is discharged from the distribution head. The filter cake can be blown off from inside to outside by the filter disk. The fanning strip is fixed on the hollow shaft by the bolt. It is extremely convenient to dismantle or replace the filter cloth.
