Shot Blast Machine SBM-2
The shot blast machine uses the step-by-step system for processing work pieces, leaving the work pieces in a halted state before entering the shot blast chamber. The work pieces move in a step-wise manner along with the lifting chain, to realize fixed feeding and discharging as well as fixed shot blasting procedures. It can improve the utilization rate of shot and the output capacity of the whole machine. The shot blast machine is used for the surface cleaning of castings, forgings and steel structural parts in batch production. It is ideal for work pieces with complicated internal and external surfaces, such as engine cylinder covers, electromotor shells and so on.
