Shearing Machine

It is used for shearing plate materials through straightreciprocating motion of one blade with respect to another. The shearing machinegenerally makes use of moving upper blade and fixed lower blade, with properblade gap between them, to apply shearing force to sheet metal of variedthickness. In this way, the plate material is cut and separated asrequired.

Maintenance
1. Strictly follow the instructions whenoperating the shearing machine.
2. According to the requirement on the lubrication chart, fill lubrication oilregularly at fixed time, fixed location, and fixed quantity before starting themachine, and the oil should be clear and sediment-free.
3. The machine should always be kept clean, and apply preservative oil andgrease to the unpainted part.
4. The lubrication oil inside the bearing of motor should be changed and filledregularly. Often check and ensure the electrical part works with safety andreliability.
5. Check the triangle belt, handle, knob and keys on a regular basis to see ifthey are worn out. Replace with spare parts if they are badly worn.
6. Check and repair the switch and handle regularly to ensure safe operation.
7. Lubricate and tidy the machine at the end of a day.
8. Unauthorized personnel are strictly forbidden from operating the machine.Ensure the machine has stopped when you finish using it.
