Description of Capsule Filling
Machine
NJP-800 is a full-automatic, closed type, intermittent motion capsule filling
machine with multiple tamping stations. It completes the process including
feeding capsule, detaching capsule, filling, rejecting defective capsule,
closing capsule, and discharging finished capsule automatically. This capsule filling machine has
advantages of accurate orientation, freely adjustable dosage and high yield. It
has passed the provincial technical appraisal and meets the GMP standards.

2. The capsule filler is suitable for
full automatically filling powders, and pellets into capsules.
3. It comes with HMI (Human machine interface) for operation.
4. PLC programmable control
5. The capsule filling machine provides automatic detection for lacking of
powder, empty capsule and block in material channel and other mechanical
trouble, and can alarm and stop automatically.
6. It can offer the function of printing production data sheet (optional).
