Descriptions of Z Channel Steel:
Z channel steel is made by cold bending high tensile steel plates. Its thickness is uniform and size can be adjusted (adjustable size). The purline has a strong ability to resist pressure. Though the processed Z channel steel is light and handy, it has the necessary qualities for use as purline. The mechanical performance of the Z channel steel is brought into full play.

By using Z channel steel, the weight of the house can be reduced and the quantity of steel needed is less. Since it is economical and efficient, it has gradually substituted angle steel, channel steel and steel tube, etc.
Z channel steel, together with light metal tile, are quite suitable for light steel building.

Characteristics of Z Channel Steel:
1. The Z channel steel has a light self weight. This reduces the seismic acting force and manufacturing cost of the structure.
2. The Z purline is of high strength and has large weight bearing capacity. Its usable area is large with little amounts of steel.
3. The purline need to be trimmed, punched and paint sprayed before put into use. All these processes can be finished in the processing factory. Users just need to transport them to the construction site and install them directly.
4. The thickness of the steel plate is 1.5mm-3.0mm with a width of it is 50mm-250mm. Its length is limited by the length of the transportation vehicle. In general, the length is not more than 12m.
