Note
The parameters above are obtained in the condition that the working temperature is 20 and that the working continuous rate is 20% per hour or 40% per minute.
When the rotary speed is faster than the rotary speed listed in the table, the lifting elements will turn up early wear because of overheat, so users should pay more attention to the rotary speed while using the worm screw actuators.

You can find out the type of your desired screw actuator according to the screw journey and lifting load indicated in diagram 1-diagram 4, and then check whether the lifting speed meets your requirement according to Lifting Force and Hoisting Speed Chart.
For example
Given that the lifting load F is 20KN, that the screw journey is 400mm, and that the lifting speed V is 0.65m/min, we can find out the suitable screw actuator as follows:
Based on given lifting load and screw journey, we refer to diagram 2 and select the SWL5 screw actuator. While in Lifting Force and Hoisting Speed Chart, the allowable speed of SWL5 screw actuator is 0.526m/min when the lifting force is 20KN. So we have to re-choose from large size screw actuators and check whether their allowable speed meet the requirement. In this way, we will find out that the allowable lifting speed of SWL10 screw actuator is 1.4m/min when the lifting force is 20KN. Thus, SWL10 screw actuator is the one we are looking for.
Directions
1.The hoisting height will increase with the decrease of pressure load. For more details, please refer to diagram 2- diagram 4.
2. When different loads are lifted, the allowable torque, power and rotary speed are different. Meanwhile, the maximum power of different working continuous rate is different.
3. 1 type screw actuator adopts grease lubrication. Lubricant should be added with the rising of temperature.
4. The efficiency in the table is the parameter obtained in the case of grease lubrication.
5. The lubricant should be replaced in time during the working period.
6. The working temperature is -20~+80.
7. The worm screw actuator has self-locking function and will lock automatically when it does not work.
