Lipu sand production line is typically composed of ahopper, vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, VSI sand maker, vibratingscreen, sand washer and belts, etc. The components can be increased and reducedaccording to the raw material particle size. The vibrating feeder feedsmaterials to jaw crusher for the first time crushing, and then the materialsare send to cone crusher for the second time fine crushing, and finally, thecrushed materials are delivered to VSI sand making machine for sand making.Qualified sand materials are classified by vibrating screen, and then enterinto sand washing machine for cleaning. Unqualified materials will return tosand maker. The sand production line is designed into a closed loop, so thesand production efficiency is greatly improved and wasting of resources islargely reduced.
