Usage
The blister packing machine for medicine is used to pack tablets, capsules and other similar shaped solid objects with alu-plastics & alu-alu blister in the pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff industries. Our blister packing machine automatically conducts the following actions: aluminum foil or plastic (PVC) blister forming, automatic material feeding, PTP alu-foil pressing and heat-sealing, pressing the batch number and perforation and punching.

1. Temperature control detection for heating plate, overload protection for main motor, packaging material level detection for forming alu-foil (PVC) and PTP-lid alu-foil.
2. Mechanical friction wheel speed reduction and regulation is available, and is superior to mechanical constant-ratio speed reducer in speed regulation and driving
3. Utilizes four-working stations (forming, sealing, perforation, punching) and coaxial driving (integral key) which improves driving strength and absolute synchrony
4. Open structure of blister packing machine allows view of working status of each functional part and makes it easy and convenient to adjust and maintain
5. Molds are easy and convenient to install, adjust and change for packing various products. Molds are inexpensive.
6. Speed controlled by frequency inverter, the stroke can be adjusted under the stroke range
7. PLC +touch screen control system is easy to operate and maintain and indicates any problems that may arise
8. By changing required parts, both alu-alu and alu-plastics blister packaging can be utilized
9. Photoelectric register device (optional) can be equipped to enhance the appearance of the blister sheet
