1. CHAP rubber transfer molding machine adopts imported highpressure pump and middle-high pressure vane pump combination, controlled by aproportional pressure flow composite valve. The oil circuit is reasonablyconfigured, with low noise and energy consumption.
2. The clamping cylinder clamps mould first, and then the injection cylinder pressesrubber material into the mould cavity uniformly. This helps ensure thedimension precision and stable performance of the rubber products.
3. The main moving platen rises rapidly, clamps slowlyand descends quickly, which improves production efficiency and protects themould.
4. The automaticmould in/out mechanism and 3RT injector system not only effectively reduce the labor intensity but also avoid man-made damageto the mould.
5. The hydraulic cylinder uses patented cylinder composite sealing device (PatentNo.:ZL03220060.3), contributing to reliable sealing and long service life.
6. The oil tank adopts the patent technology of open tank (turn boardstructure), resulting in convenient maintenance.
7. The electrical system adopts full computer control for easy operation. Userscan choose Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC control, 5.7-inch touch screen.
