Features
1. The rubber tire shredder has compactstructure, layout reasonable, flexible and reliable operation. It is easy to install and maintain.
2. The shredding chamber is closely matched with theleft-hand drive. The power will be effectively transmitted to the cutter shaft.The cutter consists of blade and hook(s). The function of hooks is to catchtires. The anti-wear and corrosion proof hard alloy is built-up welded on theworking face of the cutter.
3. The shredding chamber of the rubber tire shredder is acombined structure and the cutter shaft uses rolling bearings,convenient for both installation and maintenance.
4. The cylinder sieve repeatedly sendsunqualified chips or shivers back to the shredding chamber, while the qualifiedchips will be let out of the sieve.
5. The transmission system of the rubber tireshredder uses a NGW planetary hardened-gearspeed reducer, whichiscompactly structured and features lower noise, higher efficiency and longerservice life.
Applications
The rubber tire shredderis used for breaking up complete bias or radial (steel) whole tires.
