Features
1.The rollers of the rubber sheeting millare made of chilled cast iron with vanadium and titanium alloys. The rollerface is hard and anti-wear. The internal cavity is processed to make thetemperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
2.It is equipped with an overloadprotection device to prevent the major components from being damaged due tooverloading.
3.It is equipped with an emergency device. Whenan emergency/accident occurs, just draw the pull rod and the machine will stopimmediately. It is safe and reliable.
4. The transmission system of therubber sheeting mill uses a hard facing gear reducer, which has a compactedstructure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer servicelife.
5. The base frame is a completeframework, which is convenient for installation.
Application
The rubber sheeting mill is used as accessory ofinternal mixers to make rubber sheets.
