Description
Ourrubber sheet has a thickness range from 1mm to 50mm.The width can be in 36,1m, 1.2m, 48, 1.4m,1.5m, 60 or cutting in other width according to yourrequirement. It can also be in continuous length, smooth glossy finish or withboth side fabrics impress on finish. We can manufacture special purpose rubbersheet up to 2000mm width.The rubber sheet can be any color per your specific requirement. We offerblack, green, red, white, grey, etc. Insertion rubber sheeting with one ortwo/multiple plies are also available and special purpose rubber sheet isavailable on a customized basis. The rubber type includes natural rubber/SBR,Neoprene, NBR, EPDM, Butyl, Silicon, and Viton. It is packed in plastic film orweaver bags (P.P bags).

Characteristics

Natural Rubber Sheet:High flexibility and good comprehensive physical mechanic performance.

SBR Rubber Sheet:better wear-resistant and anti-aging function than NR, low prices.

Neoprene Rubber Sheet:Good climate resistance, ozone proof, hot resistant and chemical resistant.

NBR Rubber Sheet:Good oil-resistant, wear-resistant and anti-aging.

EPDM Rubber Sheet:Good anti-aging, ozone proof, polar liquid resistant, good electricperformance, and lightest rubber.

Butyl Rubber Sheet:Low permeability and good anti-aging.

Silicon Rubber Sheet:Excellent oil and fats resistance and for high temperature up to 260 C. Highresistant can reach to 250-270 C.

Viton Rubber Sheet:For high temperature up to 300 C.

Applications
